  Item ordered was faulty but seller contacted me at the soonest opertunity to inform me. Seller arranged my refund immediately rather than me having to wait until they had a replacement. Disappointed being informed of the issue but things happen unfortunately. Overall though I was satisfied with the service I received. I'd use this seller again.   This item did not arrive which was no fault of the seller as it got lost in transit. I gave it an extra 10 days just in case but to no avail. So I contacted the seller to whom was kind enough to send me a replacement, which the seller despatched on same day as I contacted them. I am pleased so say the replacement arrived the next day. This seller is brilliant and I can't fault them in any way. I highly recommend this seller and give them an all round rating of 100% plus 5 🌟's.
