    seller sent wrong item , i purchased 2 items , recived in one package... sent straight back in same packaging only to recieve partial refund.. Communication with the seller is vertually NIL.. had to purchse from other seller to fit my worktops in kitchen. waste of time dealing with this trader.. i wanted full refund . receipt of weight of the two items i sent a copy of by message to yetvno response so leaving bad feedback

    sent wrong item, despite two two emails to them and one back asking for a photo of the wrong item i have still had no response from them so I asked ebay for a refund .This is all fine but it didn't help me with my unhappy customer who wasn't happy with me finishing the floor tiles!! I wouldn't recommend buying from this company customer service is non existent.
