I purchased on the 29th and they dispatched 8 days later on the 7th even though I contacted stating the item was required urgently for the 5th but this was ignored, communication, dispatch and business etiquette is lacking here with a total disregard for the customer. Item arrived well packaged on the 8th but the job had to be finished on the 6th so I had to purchase elsewhere. Avoid this seller if the job is time sensitive.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your feedback. You ordered Thursday 29th Feb at 2:06pm. We shipped the item 4th March, within our allowed dispatch time. When contacted by yourself, we advised to you by message, about the immediate death of a direct family member. The item was delivered by DPD on 08/03 which was the expected delivery date. If it was time sensitive, and knowing the expected delivery date the 8th, perhaps you should have looked else where. You're now asking for a refund for a on time delivery
