  The item was better than described, as the phone looks near new, and from what I have tested so far, works great and good price. We had issues with the courier sending mixed messages, but the seller was very helpful trying to resolve a problem, which in reality was not the seller's problem at all. Despite the couriers mixed messaging, the package arrived very quickly, safe and sound. The phone was in its original packaging, again this looked new, but was additionally packed well for postage.
