    What excellent service! The click-clacks arrived very quickly, but on removing my old one from the sink I found these were a different fitting and design. Something I never knew until comparing the items. After contacting the seller I was very quickly issued with a full refund, something that a number of sellers are reluctant to do. This company is a great example of what an eBay seller should be and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    it arrived eventually 3 days after opening a not received request ,seller didnt respond at all which is not good but for the price of it and the fact it did arrive eventually they still get a positive but as a seller they should take note to communicate and at least acknowledge the buyer

    The original order did not arrive, just a padded envelope with a hole in it. I reported this to the Post Office but they never got back to me. I finally contacted the supplier, 2008 Stock Sale and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and promised to send a replacement. This arrived the following day. Surely this level of service is over and above what is normally expected, considering the loss in post was not there fault.

    The appearance of the item received differed from the photo in the product listing. I was unhappy because of this. I did not contact the seller because this had happened on two other occasions recently and I had become weary of it! (Ebay help, help from an agent, was impossible to find on one of the other occasions. As a result, my intention is to move away from being a big spender on ebay, I've had enough! I would have left Neutral Feedback for this seller if the system would have let me.
