Seller did a mock up version then asked if I approve before printing it, the same day I ordered the plaque, it was made and dispatched the same day.     We ordered a memorial plaque for my son who passed earlier this year (2025). The seller kept in almost constant communication with us, sending images of what his view was against what we had asked for. He updated and changed the plaque exactly as we wanted. The package arrived earlier than expected, within 3 days of the order being made. Well wrapped and protected.
