    The lounger cushion is as described. The vendor's price was good, and customer service was excellent. I reported the parcel as missing after Royal Mail informed me it was 'delivered' and the vendor's reply was reassuring. Then I learned that delivery had been made to a nearby address (no fault of the vendor) and all was well. I feel that this vendor is a credit to the EBay community, and send my good wishes for future trading. Customer Service was magnificent - my grateful thanks.

    These are perfect for what I want in my garden, and can't wait to get them charging in the sun, so they can be hung to create that festival feel (seeing as my hubby won't take me to a festival haha!!! Bring the festival to me!)     Heater arrived, unpacked and found loose terminals behind front grill, a heating element was also not secured in place. Unusable. Contacted seller, after short conversations a full refunded was offered. And accepted. Bit put out that seller didn’t want item back and left to us to get rid off. Can’t comment on quality as unusable. Can’t comment on value as unusable. Was small and compact and looked quite modern.
