Company messaged with delivery date and advised I would be messaged the night before with a 3 hour time slot. Carpet arrlived within the time alloted and delivery man was polite and helpful and assisted by brining it in to house. Carpet looks good quality. Highly recommend.

Product is excellent as described and exactly what we wanted. The process of delivery however caused some concern. On the date of the delivery I learned for the first time that this was virtually a kerbside delivery and the driver must be provided with assistance to bring the carpet to my door. I am a disabled pensioner !! I complained immediately on receipt of the delivery e.mail but in the event the driver delivered the carpet directly to where I wanted. Good people, systems need attention.
