    Printer arrived promptly in time promised, well packaged and came with everything described. I was delighted to find a cute little extra inside which was a couple of sweeties as a thanks for purchasing. I failed to follow instructions and accidentally pushed up a coloured cap on the printer cartridge believing this is what I was supposed to do to fill it with ink. When I explained my mistake the seller replaced the cartridge the very next day free of charge so I could use my purchase promptly.
