One of the delivered package was damaged, which of course the seller had no influence on, but the rear panel of the bed was visibly damaged. one of the boards broke while sitting on it, which proves the quality of the material. after exchanging several emails, the seller offered a discount of 25 pounds for both defects, or alternatively sending the damaged parts in a DAMAGED package, which was thrown away due to its size

Item came with damage and drawer not closing properly, they agreed to send me a new part and give me 25% discount then stopped responding to me and no new part either. Poor quality item especially for the price. Such a shame. 😞

The quality of the product is very cheap. The size of the shelves is so small that the doors doesn’t close when the shoes are kept inside . One of the doors is ripped as well . Very disappointed. Never going to buy again.
