    The item is just as described and was very well packaged. The only let down was the courier service used (several days' unexplained delay, no delivery date given until the day itself (we were already at work), no option to change the delivery date or nominate a safe place), we e home from work to find it on our front doorstep, thankfully the heavy rain had stopped (the cardboard box clearly shows that it co an electric mini fridge.....) Other than the courier service we are very pleased!

    Posted quickly. Well packaged, item had a large chip that we noticed whilst building but Grandson was so overjoyed at getting this for his birthday we couldn’t return it. (It’s gonna get more knocks n bumps anyway) but thought I’d mention it. It was £20 cheaper than anywhere else. As described other than the chip but the item was brand new and boxed so not the sellers fault.

    The washing machine arrived well packaged, however, it was sold as used. It had clearly been returned because it was faulty. I contacted the seller with the faults, and my money was returned .
