  Great seller! Quick postage and packed well. Unfortunately, on arrival I found that the phone was locked to a previous user. Samsung, through their collect service, were able to unlock it far more reasonably than a dodgy phone shop in town! I kept the seller informed and they insisted on giving me a partial refund that was far more than what Samsung charged. Fantastic!
