  Ordered, Received, Item as described, Shipped as stated - actually received earlier than expected. Ebay direct from China has been a cheaper option for me -vs- Amazon and Ebay Stateside sellers. Yes it's takes up to 2 weeks to receive (or often less time) if your not in a hurry - it's the way to go. The only exception to above - I would not order anything I anticipate possibly returning, due to shipping costing more then the item is worth - at least for the items I buy.

  The package came about a week or 2 before expected delivery. Installation wasn't hard at all, more or less troublesome for my bracket I had. But all in all, it only took about 20-30 minutes for me to install. They work as intended and are bright and clean. Super happy for price and overall delivery time. Quality is what you get for the price, not terrible, not the most top notch but looks good. They were packaged well and had no scratches or dings.
