    I was delivered the wrong size magnifiying glass. It was tiny the size of my thumbnail and of no use to me. I contacted the seller who was only interested in giving me a partial refund. As the item wasn't very expensive it wasn't worth my time arguing. But I wasn't happy buying something I didn't order or want.

    Seller sent out item totally different to what they advertised then agreed to a refund and that they would cover the P&P to send the item back The seller agreed that the item was wrong and they did issue a refund without the cost of the P&P They then ignore follow up messages requesting this refund for postage leaving me out of pocket My advice is a warning to you all that you might not get what you think you have paid for & then they will break the promise of paying for the P&P
