  Discovered after receiving a faulty item that the seller is dropshipping, sending the items you buy directly from other companys like shein with a huge mark up price. Whilst this itself isn't illegal, they are unable to deal with my return and are trying to get me to return directly to shein myself and aren't covering postage or a collection for the return because they don't know how to with not being the original seller. Wish I had known sooner and purchased from shein cheaper instead!!

  I ordered the ratchet straps on the 2nd June After a week of waiting I contacted them. And they said they will try and get them to me 2 weeks gone by and I had no need for them now as I got some elsewhere I asked for a refund. It’s now the end of June and no straps or refund This company is a joke. Steer clear
