    Discovered after receiving a faulty item that the seller is dropshipping, sending the items you buy directly from other companys like shein with a huge mark up price. Whilst this itself isn't illegal, they are unable to deal with my return and are trying to get me to return directly to shein myself and aren't covering postage or a collection for the return because they don't know how to with not being the original seller. Wish I had known sooner and purchased from shein cheaper instead!!

    😡 Absolutley awful!! I have meter had a problem like I did with this company. I ordered a product was due to be here on the 3rd May, hadn't arrived so I contacted them as the tracking no wasn't valid, they told me to wait a further 2 working days, which I did, gave me another tracking no, again not valid, still no item, I contacted them numerous times, to which I got a reply to say I will provide you a tracking number tomorrow, this never happened!! Nothing was sent in the first place!! Fuming!
