Wow... this customer placed an order for a keyring in our standard design and then wanted it completely redesigned in to a bespoke keyring in a different font and style and wanted it all for £1.95 with free postage. We provided a quote to do the work (£3 extra for the first keyring, and then any extra at the £1.95) which he wasn't happy with and the order was cancelled.
