The chainsaw ordered was supposed to be with 2 batteries each having 4000mA capacity. The 2 batteries received were only each having 2000mA. Tried to negotiate with the seller to see if they can just send me one 4000mA battery to wind up the deal. But the seller seems to have disappeared from eBay after I threatened to launch an official complain to eBay. Hence I am forced to make my first complain to eBay as a customer. Not a honest and trustworthy seller in putting false information on eBay!
