The the product came promptly and it looked as advertised. The problem was that my dog refused to eat her food with the additive on it. The seller couldn't help and suggested I should contact the manufacturer. I did this and had a good exchange with their canine behaviourist. I tried many of the things suggested, but she still wouldn't eat it reliably and developed a stomach upset and I decided to discontinued it. The ads for the product said 30 day money back, but seller wouldn't agree to do it

As you have been advised already, it is illegal in UK to return any open food or medication bought online, for humans or dogs. Asking us to break the law for you is an abuse. The 30 days warranty only applies to new / unopened products. You have been reported now to eBay and banned from our shop.
