  Seller charged £40 compared to £15 -by their advertised method. Seller advised after ordering that it was cheaper to order by their own website Seller short-changed me one reel of the order and had to chase the replacement although it was sent ln quickly in good time. Seller added-in spurious product which has to be returned but no return slip received yet. ...Not an easy or good transaction considering they were supposed to be a good seller.
