    This is absolutely shocking nothing like the picture on Ebay and certainly not worth the money complete rip of cheap rubbish

    Item was exactly as described: a 3D-printed decorative vase made from PLA plastic, with dimensions, material, and intended use clearly stated in the listing. After reaching out, the buyer later admitted the issue was with the size and intended purpose, both accurately disclosed. I offered a larger replacement, which was declined, and ultimately issued a full refund. We always aim to be transparent and helpful, and I stand by the accuracy of the listing and how this was handled.
