  Ordered a topper from this seller , it arrived and I wasn’t happy with it as it wasn’t what I expected ! Maybe my fault for not looking further into description , but I was in a hurry to get the item and liked the look of it on the listing . On arrival I contacted seller with queries, who said it was my fault I wasn’t happy , and I should have read description properly before ordering and wouldn’t accept return or refund ! Eventually returned item, but no refund given !

  Good item, but disappointingly poor customer service. Original delivery did not arrive and quoted tracking number wasn't a tracking number! Asked for another to be dispatched First Class, but seller replied that they would open a case with Royal Mail! That cannot been done until 3 weeks have passed! But without any update another item finally arrived in time.
