    Very honest seller and very good communication. Bought an iten worth £3.40. Initially the packge didn't arrive, so they sent another one FOC. Eventually both arrived but I had to pay £1.50 for the first one due to insuficient postage. To my surprise I was rrfunded the £1.50. Every messages answered within a couple of hours. Item as described.

    When first ordered the order varnished and I waited till after date there was no tracking and no sign so contacted seller he said it was posted but they disappeared contacted seller he said did not know what happened to the order and re-posted and had them few days latter as described very good quality as original fuses in your car good value for price too

    The seller dispatched this item very quickly however it never arrived. I chased the seller for an update who promptly reissued another item which I received within a few days. The item arrived in good condition and is of good quality and certainly value for the money. The replacement package was well wrapped and clearly addressed therefore I can only assume being a small item it’s still in the back of a post office van somewhere.

    Ordered a very small length of heat sink tubing. It turned up as described, in good time, and sensibly packaged. (Just in an envelope, which I figure is probably the best option for something that's not going to come to any harm in the post.) If I need any more, I'll probably order from the same seller again.

    Whilst this was not delivered after I week the seller promptly responded by sending a replacement. This service was great. It wasn't the seller's fault as Royal mail delivered the day after I notified the seller of non delivery. The box is good quality and I would recommend this seller.
