    The box The basin came in was disgusting. Covered in black soot and large amounts of bird poo! Once the basin was unpacked, it was also covered in black soot. Lovely vanity unit but poor packaging and no communication after i complained.

    Item was fine it finally arrived today but box was covered in pigeon excrement ,Don't know who was at fault as supplier blamed courier for delay and courier blamed supplier for not passing on my contact details ,As only arrived today hope everything else with the toilet is okay
