    Never received item. Contacted seller and received partial refund. (amount of purchase minus tax paid) Seller said he shipped the item, but USPS tracking showed it was never received. I have had other things that somehow vanished with USPS so I can believe it. The package never did show up here nor the tracking number show it was in transit, so I don't know what happened.
