  These guys are great. I ordered a Peterson pipe with a P-Lip stem, but they mistakenly sent a pipe with a fishtail stem. I left a message upon receipt, but didn’t hear back. I tried a couple more time not realizing they had already shipped a replacement with a prepaid shipping label to complete the exchange! I was floored! This was my second time ordering, and they continue to impress! They will continue to be my first stop when shopping for pipes!
