  This is a GREAT seller, I have bought stuff from them before with no problems. This time the DVD was cracked and would not play. I think it was damaged in transit by careless handling from the USPS. NOT the seller's fault as it was well packaged. Still giving A+++++ to this seller

  Sorry to hear it got damaged in shipping, you can make a claim with the post office to get a refund.
