    Phone would not accept sim as it was going into exact model, took it a phone shop they could not get sim to work they tried another not working. contacted seller they said send it back , says free returns NO labels would not print off & post office could not scan it either so i paid the 4.99 postage only to find that it was going back to a completely different company that i purchased it from. Still no correspondence from them SCAM from overseas!!! BEWARE

    We are a UK-based business, and the claim that we are overseas seller is completely false. The phone was fully tested before shipment and returned to us without any issues. It is unfortunate that you had trouble with your SIM card, but there was no fault with the phone itself. We offered you free eBay label, and while we regret any inconvenience you experienced with printing labels or scanning at the post office, this is out of our control. We handle all items according to eBay policies.
