    A day after ordering this item,I had a polite message informing me that on processing my order,they had discovered the unused shop demonstrator was no longer in stock. I was offered the option of having my money refunded of if I waited a week,they would send a new item at the same cost,when the new stock arrived. All I had to do was indicate my option,which I duly did,and exactly as promised,a week later I have received the new item. That is excellent,professional service. Thank you.
