  The skirt looks new & is as described. It came out wrinkled after being in a small plastic bag, even though it had tissue, but it’s not terribly wrinkled. The package came very fast. Little to no waiting. I was afraid it would be too small but the seller took proper measurements & included them in the description. I normally wear 4-6. This one is a 2. I am very happy with my purchase.
