    TOTAL SCAM!! Completely unprofessional seller, not only did they charge me for the item, but never actually sent it out. They never provided any shipping confirmation or tracking to begin with. I am so disappointed that they never sent the item and they did not respond to any of the messages I sent trying to ask for help. Do not shop here. Save your money and purchase from a more professional seller! Still awaiting my refund.

    This pendant is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as described. The reason I have given a neutral experience is that my order was not delivered or even posted until I lodged a complaint with Ebay. Once the complaint was lodged, the item was posted - unfortunately not good service, but pendant is beautiful.

    I can't "make it right" with this seller. I arranged to pick up the item, implied to be an assortment of crystals pictured. I was misled. When I went around to his residence he offered me just two small pieces instead -- I didn't even get a choice! and they were NOT as advertised. When I pointed out they had saw cuts on them he became extremely abusive and refused to even let me have just them -- so I left completely empty handed! Incredible! I want my money back. This seller is also abusive.
