  Item new as described. Price was fair. Tracking provided. Only issue was USPS. As is typical, tracking showed it got to Houston (I’m in Houston suburb) in 2 days but it left their North Distribution and went to Salt Lake City and then worked its way back. Bought on 6/6 and received on 6/14. Not sellers fault but USPS should be avoided.

  Shipping and packaging were perfect and price was good. Unfortunately, the battery had died and the pencil wouldn’t work. I contacted the seller with a few photos of the charging issue and they refunded me immediately. Would definitely recommend.
