  Plant arrived alive and healthy, was wrapped in moist towels and only took a few days to arrive, pretty happy overall and I would recommend this seller. One slight point of criticism though, the plant was not taped to the box so it was free to move around, this could have been packaged slightly better. My tree was not damaged but it wouldn't surprise me if some could be in the future.
