  Item been used and very dirty many things written wrong about item they said item is brand new but it is not also 80km they wrote but it is 45 km they mention the price £415.83p and when delivery comes to my door they charged me £128.19p even I’m trying to contact with reseller he is not replying me back, I need my money back I don’t want this item help me for refund

  Waited over a month with no item being delivered, contacted ebay they then got in touch with this company, I got one reply saying something about a delay with the delivery, I don't even think it was posted as they don't provide you with a tracking number wich is odd with something as valuable, this firm is not to be trusted.

  Dopo aver acquistato un monopattino, hanno confermato di aver spedito l’oggetto senza trakking, dovevo riceverlo dopo 7 giorni, dopo 10 giorni ancora nulla, faccio svariate richieste di spiegazioni per capire quando avrei ricevuto il mio acquisto, chiedo di mandarmi il trakking, 2 giorni dopo inseriscono un trakking su ebay altri 2 giorno dopo il pacco risultava ancora non ritirato dal corriere, faccio richiesta di annullare l’ordine e mi faccio rimborsare grazie ad ebay… Pessimo negozio

  Absolutely awful experience. My son accidentally placed an offer, and eBay auto-paid. I contacted the seller immediately, but he delayed replying for 4 days until the item was shipped. He refused to cancel unless I paid £105 in taxes for an item I didn’t want. I returned it before I received it with UPS, and he’s now ignoring my messages after they received the shipment back. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. Check all his feedbacks, I'm not the only one. Avoid at all costs.
