    Package was sent with incomplete address and was returned back to seller by USPS. I got in contact with seller and he took all the neccessary actions so that package could be sent back with complete address. Seller is very professional and responsible! Thank you. Package was finally received today July 7, 2025.

    They advertised this item as used but functional and sent it physically damaged and unusable. There were multiple points of external and internal damage inside of a bubble wrapped and Styrofoam wrapped box with no signs of damage to the box. They have not responded to my attempt to contact them upon arrival several days ago. Do not buy from this company, especially not something advertised in "used" condition.

    While there was a problem with the item (it happens sometimes with used equipment), the seller worked with me to rectify the situation, and everything turned out great.     I can't comment on the item's properties because I haven't had time to let it work yet (dark spot corrector), but was very happy with the price and seller's communication.
