The pricing reflected the "new with defects" state disclosed in the listing, which made this a good value purchase over new/undamaged. The seller took care to wrap + bubble wrap, and reinforced the box. It was not as good of packaging as the OEM, but a darn good effort resulting in its safe arrival. Shipping was prompt - item received via USPS. WDBWA!

    The description is just as the seller says, except the photo shows that both hats have the clasp with the Charlie logo, and one hat is missing that, but I gave one to my daughter and the other is for me, we both love that brand, they come very clean and they sold them at a very good price, they are cheap Delivery was fast and they arrived in very good condition. carefully and very well packaged

    Super seller here! Excellent hat for the price! Item was shipped quickly, packed very well in a box and arrived in perfect condition. This hat was listed by the seller stating it was "New with defects" but I was able to remove the marks and fix the dents and get it like new. Perfect straw Stetson along with a super smooth transaction from start to finish! A+++++
