  I initially ordered this item in July but got in touch with the seller when it did not arrive. I was told there had been an issue with delivery and was advised to reorder. When the package eventually arrived in September, one of the ramekins was chipped - the seller said that they would look into sending a replacement, but I am still waiting to hear back over a month later. I have sent several messages asking for an update but have had no response.

  Not totally true, you was given a full refund as a parcel got lost in the post, out of the decency of our company we ordered specially for yourself from our supplier in Manchester, which took a while and extra cost which we did not ask you for, we have sold over 100 of these never had a problem, we did contact you to say we would try to find a replacement for the broken one, you did not give us a chance. Giving us a negative is absolutely unjustifiable as well. You know, sellers be aware
