    Original order did not arrive and after contacting the seller they kindly dispatched a replacement . However the replacement was sent in a thin plastic bag which had torn open and one of the tools was not in the bag !if it wasn't for the fact that my postman who is a friend, saw it at the sorting office and subsequently brought it to me I wouldn't have got the replacement either . Great tools - excellent price - Brand new and a great seller - just the packaging / distribution is awful.

    Item as described. Good postage time. But, plastic case severely damaged in transit, so all rivet nuts fell onto kitchen floor when opening wrapping of package. Excellent communication with vendor, very helpful, and sufficient refund received to purchase new replacement plastic case. Excellent service. Thank you. 10/10

    item as described , and packaged well, let down by an atrocious parcel delivery company who delivered it very very late, I did raise a non delivery claim and was told to refuse delivery. I am sorry they posted it through my letterbox. I am glad i have the item. Yoir patience is greater than mine.
