    This seller was great - having had endless issues with couriers I needed to ensure RMail would be used - no problem at all. The hoover bags are as described, good quality and buying two packs makes them even better value. Communication was good with helpful fast response.     Item arrived with the box open at the top, handed to me by the postman with the rollers half out of the box. One end of the box taped up but the other end not taped. The box and packaging was obviously not suitable for transit in the postal system. Item was mailed as 48 hour tracked, but it was in the postal system for almost 4 days, not a good advert for Royal Mail. Rollers appear to be of reasonable quality.
