  The item was suitably packed and arrived promptly. When I came to use them I found faults with them. These were caused by manufacturing errors, and due to the factory packaging were not detectable until opened and used. I emphasise that there is no way the seller could have known about the faults. When informed, the seller was most helpful and spontaneously offered an acceptable refund. I would happily trade again.
