    Boxed item was shipped in padded envelope but the item come out of its box inside the envelope. Its box got crushed during shipping. Most tool makers keep this tool in its original box when not in use. Sent seller message about what happened but never got a reply. Aggravated about the original box getting crushed because item was purchased for Christmas gift. Item was described really well.
