    the item was showing delivered however we did not receive it the seller promptly responded by sending out another post we received this,i might add that this was only one of 3 items we purchased from other suppliers that did not arrive so I don't belive in any way this was the seller's fault,, first class service unlike RM

    item was dispatched quickly, packaging was damaged when it arrived but it was all in place. The rubber didn't fit my machine as the measurements were not as shown in the photo, however, the return process and refund was dealt with quickly. I would buy from the seller again; however, I would also recommend they update the photos in the listing to show the correct size.
