    This is not the first mega charm that I have purchased from this seller and once again I am very happy with the final product. Easy to send the photo that I wanted on the charm and the seller has excellent communication from placing the order through to dispatch. The charm arrived before the expected date, but for some reason only known to Royal Mail they decided to return it to the seller rather than to me. But the seller notified me immediately and resent the charm which did arrive safely
