    we needed this delivered later than there listed time, the seller stored it for us, and even gave us a saturday am time... item was as described,3 man team brought it into house.. very good communications at all times.. so don't be afraid to spend money sight unseen with this seller.. we spent £1000 on something in the shops would of cost us £2500.. very happy... will use again..

    Highly recommend this seller. Good communication, excellent quality item at a great price. The delivery not so good. Seller advised this was a 2 man, room of your choice delivery, as I am on my own. However, 2 men bring it to the door, one immediately went back to van. Asked if it could be taken upstairs, the man dragged it up on his own, and was not very happy about it. I realize they are on a tight schedule, but if the seller is paying for this service, they should provide with good grace.
