    Brilliant pool cue case which was as described. There was a slight issue with the despatching of the cue case which was not the fault of the company as I paid extra for next day delivery on the Friday which did not arrive, however I spoke to them on the phone and they did everything in their power to rectify this and they paid the extra to have delivered on the Saturday. The staff I spoke to were brilliant and I would highly recommend this seller and I would not hesitate to use again

    After much deliberation, I finally took the plunge to order a new cue. Due to my location, ordering online is the easiest way..but fraught with danger, incase it’s not as described. I only ordered my cue on Monday night and received it Thursday morning, which is superb. I have examined my cue ( though not played with it yet ) and first impressions are it’s silky smooth to handle, but more importantly the cue looks as straight as an arrow . Great company & communication A+++

    I ordered this as I ordered wrong colour and this was out of stock on the grade B listing so I called and spoke to the Dan’s and they were so helpful. They sorted out a colour that I was happy with and it was top quality and new condition. I also ordered a case off their website and was sent together. Awesome customer care and service.
