Firstly, we were delighted to find a refurbished Dyson at such a competitive price. There was free delivery, and we were kept informed of the delivery times etc. It arrived at the start of the two hour window, which was a bonus. We also received an email from the seller with a copy of the brochure. The vacuum cleaner was well packed and easy to assemble. Previous to this, I had used a Shark , but once I used the Dyson, it was SO much better at picking up. Highly recommended.

Seller despatched promptly but was sent via EVRI who are a hopeless outfit and took a week to come and then it was dropped off at the wrong place. Suggest that they stop using this useless service provider.
