    Sent lower quality product and when I complained I was told that the manufacturers had simply changed the packaging, but the product remained the same. I know this to be a lie as they manufacture both the standard product and a more expensive heavy duty product which is the one that they advertised and that I had expected to be supplied. Eventually having confronted them with the lie they have agreed that I can return the product for a full refund but left me to do that via eBay.
