  Very highly recommended seller. Item well packed and arrived within two days of order! There was a flaw in the top piece, which I provided photos of. Courteous, quick response and top was replaced, again arriving withing two days. Frequent updates on replacement status, both women who sent messages were polite and pleasant and both apologized. I think a seller is not truly known until there is a problem.... this seller has proven to be one of integrity. Would confidently buy from again. Thanks!

  Well firstly when our package arrived the box was badly damaged and the item was also damaged. After just one email from us to the company regarding this another item was sent straight out with an apology. So from us it’s excellent service and would highly recommend this company and we will use them again no problem. So thanks again for prompt attention..

  Not opened yet but super fast delivery with regular updates and I was worried as I only received one box but was meant to be 2 but second box was delivered about 30 minutes after the first I had already contacted company and they replied straight away. Didn’t even have chance to reply. So customer service is top rate. Will definitely buy again

  Unfortunately the wrong garden bench was initially received. However, the seller's service has been superb. Their quick response to the issue delivered a swift resolution, including arranging collection of the incorrect bench, and prompt dispatch of the the correct one. Very fast delivery and seller communication was excellent throughout, giving regular updates. Current 98.5% feedback rating is not high enough ! As a bonus the garden bench is very good value for money ! With many Thanks !!

  Got 8 chest of drawers for a very good price. It was well packaged and delivered so quickly probably with in a day of ordering. There was a slight issue with the assembling tool but the seller assisted me with it promptly. Definitely recommend the seller and item. Note: just check the measurements before buying because these drawers are slightly smaller in size. But I'm happy with the product overall.
