Bracelet arrived today. It is of very good quality and was very well packed. My wife is very happy. The reason I am posting neutral feedback is simply due to the excessive delay in sending causing this item to be late for my anniversary. I sent several messages concerning dispatch which were ignored and it wasn’t until leaving a message on the business ansaphone that the item was dispatched after 11 days. There may be a good reason for this but it was not advertised. Thank you. Really nice item.
