I purchased these items and sent a message to the seller asking for fast shipping as I was going out of town. After a few days with no reply and no shipment, I asked to cancel the order. Seller canceled without hesitation. No pushback at all. Seller is a very slow shipper and a very poor communicator although I have purchased from them before and all packages do eventually get to you in the condition stated by the buyer. I think they are a small business. I will do business with seller again.

Seller was great, product shipped the same day and I received it 2 days ahead of schedule. The product itself was just as advertised, no issues with condition or packaging. This is my first KastKing product and the quality is significantly better than I assumed and the reel also looks better than I thought it would. The price is also fair, especially considering the 10.5:1 ratio has been out of stock on KastKing's website for a while.

This is a brand new rapala in the box color code S. NOT what is pictured. This seller is using stock photos and inaccurate ones at that. Seller would not provide an image of actual product now I know why. Zero understanding, zero communication, and clearly zero care for what the customers needs are. Plenty of other sellers to support out there. ESPECIALLY when I paid over $16 and the item i recived is $8.49 retail anywhere! Took forever to be sent out as well. Just BAD

This was exactly as described and at a good price. The shipping was very slow and I received no communications with the seller. Having bought and sold on EBay for many years I understand how issues can come up, so I have never given a negative feedback. I ordered this on Nov 17 and had not heard anything about the shipping. I emailed the seller on Nov 25 to check on when the item would be shipped. With in 2 hrs it was shipped, still not hearing from them. Again the item & price were great
